We work with cast acrylic in a range of colours — clear, white, black, red, yellow, grey, blue, beige, pink, and tinted orange. Thicknesses available are 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 15mm. Not sure what you need? We're happy to advise — just drop us a message.

We typically quote within a few hours of receiving your design. Once payment is confirmed, most orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Complex or large orders may take slightly longer — we'll let you know upfront.

You can submit hand-drawn sketches (photo or scan), or use our built-in CAD designer to draw your design directly. For existing files, we accept SVG, PDF, DXF, AI, PNG, and JPG. The more precise your dimensions, the more accurate your quote will be.

There's no minimum order quantity — we cut single pieces. However, there is a minimum job charge of SGD $15 to cover material and machine setup costs. Smaller pieces may cost less in material but will still be subject to this minimum.

We deliver islandwide in Singapore using our own fleet — no third-party couriers. Delivery charges will be quoted separately based on your location. Self-collection is also available if you prefer to pick up in person.

We accept PayNow (UEN or QR), bank transfer, and PayLah. Full payment is required before we begin production. We'll send you a payment reference once your quote is confirmed.

Yes — custom shapes are our specialty. Rectangles, circles, polygons, L-shapes, and cutouts (holes) are all doable. Use the CAD designer to draw exactly what you need, or sketch it and upload a photo. We handle the rest.

If there's a manufacturing defect or we cut the wrong dimensions, we'll redo it at no cost. Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind. We recommend double-checking dimensions before confirming your order.
